When finished you may click “Submit Form via Email”. This will work if you are using an Email program such as Outlook or Eudora.

If you use an Email program that does not work with the "Submit Form via Email" button, you can use the “Save this Form” button and then attach it as an Email and send to registration@ildeca.org . If neither of these options work, you can use the “Print this Form” button and then mail the form to Joan Varanauski, 16452 Westwood Drive, Lockport, IL 60441.

If you require more than 25 lines, enter the total number of lines and then click on the "Generate Lines" button:   

1. You may need to type a DECA member’s name (as it appears on the National DECA roster) more than once if he/she is being registered for more than one event.
2. If a member is in a team event please group teams together and use the team column to designate different teams (Ex. Team 1, Team 2).
3. Please type advisor(s) in top row(s) with an event code of "Advisor".
